Boxing’s become your life.
You eat and breathe boxing. You even dream of boxing, giving that annoying boss of yours the ol’ one-two, a fancy of which you surprisingly gain mug satisfaction. The only obvious pothole on your life is going to work, because at work, your boxing thirst only gets worse. And instead of maximizing your 15 minute breaks for coffee and bathroom calls, you spend it in front of the mirror, shadow boxing of all things.

Shadow boxing is the practice of punching on an imaginary foe, though the exercise might or might not include an imaginary foe as a requisite. The practice has no sets of condition, as long as any martial artist, boxers or of another martial art, practices moves without a target is called shadow boxing.
In the field of boxing, most trainers include shadow boxing in the training, since from what it does, allows the boxer to maintain his form. And because shadow boxing can be impressive to watch, many boxers have come up on dazzling displays of shadow boxing, displaying a set of actual combinations or just a flurry of punches displaying punch speed.

When boxing was first considered as a sport in the ancient Greek civilization, the idea was not only to showcase a grand spectacle wherein gladiators with their clinched fists as their only weapon attack their opponent with the aim to pin him down or worst make him face his death. Even during those times betting on gladiators or boxers was already prevalent. Each opposing team would put their best man, lest the other camp will win the stakes.

In any endeavor, knowing that you have successfully done your part to make every move a success makes our heart feel lighter and better. It gives a feeling of satisfaction and self-realization. Having something like a memento would definitely reaffirm that we are indeed a successful person inside out.
For most boxers probably one of the better things that they want to always do is to collect boxing trophies. That to them is fitting reminder of their own struggle above the ring and even in their way up to the ladder of success in the boxing arena. Boxing trophies like any other priceless trophies are always regarded as precious and rare memorabilia because they are not easy to acquire and unlike any other souvenirs they are not just given away so easily.
